BBB Media Release - US judge freezes Alberta marketer’s assets Posted Wednesday, September 14, 2011 in Computers-Internet-Technology by BBB of Central & Northern Alberta Over the past three years, thousands of consumers have contacted BBB for help receiving refunds from Edmonton-area internet marketer, Jesse Willms. Back in April, the Federal Trade Commission (FTC) brought charges against Mr Willms and his associates for deceptive marketing and negative billing.
